Last week I was in Atlanta, GA for a quick meeting with my friends at Simmons Bedding (who manufacture the Simmons Natural Care by Danny Seo line of beds), to do some TV appearances and to attend a meet-and-greet party at the gorgeous Environment Furniture store. My pal Amanda Leesburg put the whole thing together and she did an awesome job organizing and putting it all together to make my entire trip down South totally worry-free and fun!
And the decor at The Environment Store had some amazing recycled glass chandeliers. Smart Glass uses a process of cutting actual bottles-from olive oil to alcohol bottles-into polished rings of art. The artist, Kathleen Plate, has been making a whole line of jewelry out of recycled materials for years and these large artistic installations are some of her first pieces for the home. Love them.
